7.25 x 5.75 soft, 8(almost) x 6 hard. One of those that doesn't change much. Interesting about the nerve bundle thing earlier in the thread. I'd never heard that before. When I was a kid I was always accused of being hard all the time. I wasn't, (well, sometimes I wasn't) but I looked like I was anyway. I was forever embarassed by it.

I actually just measured myself today and I have grown, LOL. I measured in at 9" flaccid. I guess I never realized how big I was up until a few months ago when most of my friends started to comment on it in the locker room.

I'm a grower , gets down to 2 inches or less, no bulge at all medium to small balls hanging tight. But I grow to 8 3/4 x 6 7/8 uncut and very hard and straight, quite a difference. Kinda deppressing to see all the guys showing so easy but when a womans eyes widen and she says how did that get so big!! it's almost worth it. almost. I just wish I could show.
