Highly variable but I would guess my smaller limit would be about 4 3/4" long by 5" girth. If I get a bit "fluffed" which happens pretty often without any actual physical stimulation I might reach a high of 6" x 6". Average flaccid size would be around 5 1/4" x 5 1/2" I suspect.

My flaccid size varies quite a bit, so I`ll post my smallest measurement taken with shrinkage which comes out to 4.5 long by 4 thick, but usually I hang at 5-5.5 by 5-4.5 soft, here is a pic below of that measurement taken a few minutes ago.

Kind of a tough question to answer, because I'm sure if everyone were naked and we stuck them in a meat locker for an hour than no one would be very large after that.

I'm also not really a firm believer in the "show-er" concept. I think that's more people keeping their cocks in a semi-erect state and then saying "well it doesn't get much bigger when it's fully hard". Everyone can get super small (like 1-3 inches)! There isn't a guy on the planet who's dick stay 6 inches long and completely flaccid no matter what adverse conditions it's put through.

That being said, the largest fully flaccid cocks are probably about 4-6 inches at the most. Anything longer than that would be questionable if it's actually flaccid.

Personally, I probably stay about the 3-4 inch range completely flaccid, I can go 5-6'ish semi (before I start getting fully hard and upward curving), and then when I sart getting more erect (with upward curving) then 7-8'ish and that's where I start maxing.
