Hi there ladies, I understand there is going to be a lot of different views on this subject based on experience and preference but I'm interested to know what you would all classify as a big. And is bigger always better or do you have a preferred size above which things stop been so comfortable or pleasurable?

Yeah, it's like I've read this question somewhere in here before. I'd say big is anything above 7.5. 8x6 is "big" & just right for me. I heard that the average is around 6 but when I see a 6 I do think it's a little small.

I'm wondering though if there is a sort of minimum size you would want to be to be called big? I think I'm large but I don't know if I would say im big esp as there are some guys who are massive. I guess its all subjective but it's interesting to hear what you see as big : )

I think that's becoming more common as people are introduced to porn earlier. It's definitely a problem for guys, but it also sets up women for disappointment. :p

I wouldn't compare guys in the porn industry with guys I've met face to face. Besides, the porn industry probably cast bigger guys.

When I see 10" on porn videos I don't go "wow, I'd like some of that" I'm actually more like "nope, not for me".:biggrin1: Too big can be quite uncomfortable, I cum easier with guys who are around 6-7.5.

Ultimately, it does come down to being able to cum with a guy.

Don't forget girth :) My 7" x 6 1/2" is big by any standard.

It's true, girth is a big deal. I'm a girth-hunter rather than a length-hunter.:biggrin1:

Well I certainly didn't mean women would be disappointed when guys weren't 10". :) I was more referring to your comment about 6" looking a little small. I think we see so many big penises in porn that average becomes visually dwarfed in comparison.

I think that depends on the woman/man who is to get fucked. There is something really hot about "pounding" a pussy or an ass. If you are small (6" or less and thin) you could fuck really hard, but, is the receiver going to really feel it? Duno. If you are WAY big (9+ inches in length) You may not be able to fuck really hard cause it could be painful. I always heard that girth is definitelly better than length. If you are thicker than 6" you are a good fuck!

I won't state my size, but it's sort-of obvious that things will be uncomfortable or unpleasant beyond a certain sized penis. It's human anatomy. Also, while I haven't read it so much in women's comments here, but I have read elsewhere that women generally measure size in girth, not length. So unable to wrap your hands around it, or barely able to get it into your mouth is big.

Fallon07: 6" is about average length, and your perception of 'thin' may also be close to average, which is less than 5" of girth. Perhaps you have been fooled by porn, too.

BURN THIS IN YOUR INTO YOUR HEADS!!!!

XX-Large 9x6.5
X-Large 8x6
Large 7x5.5
Medium 6x5
Small 5x4.5
X-Small 4x4
XX-Small 3x3.5

If you have a dick longer than 9 and like the very rare 12 you see in porn, it's also very likely skinny, you have a spermadermic needle cock. By evolutionary demands you're only entitled to fuck really, really fat assed women doggy style.

Hahaha.

I think this is about the 50th time I read exactly the same question in the Women's Issue. When will guys become intelligent enough to see that it doesn't belong in here.

Well the idea was simply to get some women's opinions hence the choice of the women's forum but fair enough - I guess it's mostly likely that this was literally the very first question posted when this site started so I'm sure it has been extensively covered.

To be honest I have a pretty good idea what the answers were going to be anyway and as the issue of penis size is hardly under-discussed in the media. If you really want to pack the whole issue up with a single sentence then all you have to say is this - Penis size doesn't matter to anyone except the two (or more) people who are having sex - as long as both people are happy then the notion of large/big/average/small is utterly irrelevant. Realistically orgasm is the objective and so long as both people are getting satisfying ones then comparisons to others is really only a distraction.

That attitude does sort of take the fun out of it and I probably wouldn't have bothered joining this sight if I wasn't a little bit curious to hear what people have to say on this issue. In my case in particular it's women views that I'm interested to hear. I didn't ask this question as way of massaging my ego or soothing my insecurities concerning my own penis - it was mostly out interest in hearing what a range of women have to say on the issue although of course I don't mind hearing men's views either.

Apparently some people are sick of hearing the question which is their own concern although I might suggest that they could simply ignore the thread rather than been negative about it. The other reason I posted a fresh thread is that when I do that I can see who is both online, posting and interested in the topic of the thread. If I post on an old thread there are many people on there who haven't been active for years and even though I could read through what others have posted that tends to be a passive activity which I might add I could have done without joining, posting pics or engaging with other members in an active fashion which is another important reason for me joining.

Most conversations in life cover topics that have been covered many times before but it doesn't make them less interesting or enjoyable - if you don't want to join the conversation because you have heard it all before, or you find it boring because your on the internet you don't have too - that the great thing about it. For others who would like to interact with another person by sharing a view on tried and true discussion it can be a constructive way to spend some time...

tinderboks, fair points but you're stumbling into an ongoing debate much larger than this thread that you probably don't want any part of. :) My friendly advice to newcomers is, if you're chastised for posting something that has been posted before, or for asking questions of women in the the Women's Issues forum, just take your lumps and move along.
