How big is too big?

The one in Hawaii is bigger than I thought I would be comfortable with but it lives behind sliding japanese screens when it's not in use... The one in NY is average.

I have a 15 incher right now, flat panel. I like something which is easy to move about. My neighbor has a 54 inch eye catcher.

NZ changes to complete & total digital next year i think
so will doubly not have a TV to view.
