Hey guys, just wondering, how much does masturbation in your everyday life affect your sex drive and sex performance? I seem to notice when I masturbate the usual 2 or 3 times a day, sex lasts much longer and I'm hornier.. When I don't masturbate for a day or two, sex lasts much shorter and it's harder to get me in the mood. It seems to relax me and leaves me wanting more. In fact I haven't been masturbating everyday for the past couple of weeks and it's been hurting my performance in bed, I should probably get back on that routine! Haha. How about you guys?

Right on - this is about the same for me.

I've been trying to figure this out for a while. I do believe there is a relationship, but I haven't been able to determine a consistent pattern - perhaps too many other factors are at work. I have found pretty consistently, though, that if I go for a day or two without masturbating, and then go for it, I'll often feel extremely horny during the following 24 hrs, but if I just continually indulge myself, jacking off, say, 2-3 times in a day, I'll find, eventually, that I have no juice left, if you'll pardon the pun, feeling sexually depleted, and will have to take another day or two off to return equilibrium...
