So, naturally I go to the toilet about 3 times a day on average - always have done, my dad and brother are the same.
Some people poop 3 times a day, some people poop 3 times a week.
This stops me from bottoming because I will never be completely empty/clean.
My ex's have usually always been good to go at any time of day, or could just pop to the toilet for a few minutes and then come back squeaky clean.
I could douche for an hour beforehand and still not be completely confident I'd be ok.
I had NSA last night with a guy who was so tight, clean, and hadn't even needed to douche. He was just ready.
My diet is good. I only eat fresh meat, fruit and veg. I seldom eat pasta/potato/bread etc.
If i drink a hot drink (coffee or tea) i will usually need to go to the toilet within an hour - it's like it goes through me and tries to flush everything out with warm water ha.
Have you guys got any suggestions for my diet or any vitamins or anything I could take to help me either clear out quicker or to make me a bit safer?
I'm 90% top but on the odd occasion I do want to bottom, i'd like to have that choice.
