I'm uncircumcised, and I'm wondering if theres a way to desensitize my Penis head (with out circumcision) Naturally.

Keep your foreskin retracted as much as you can during the day/night. Normally, during puberty, the foreskin shortens enough that the head gets exposed automatically during erections and this causes head to be exposed for much of the night and thus mature into a pleasurable device that is not over sensitive.

The fact that you can hold for at least 15 minutes means that you are not as sensitive as you think. In fact I would say that you are rather normal. In your age I could "finish" just by prolonged kissing and rubbing.

From a circ'd but restoring guy - a nice problem to have!

This is not meant to be condescending in anyway - but perhaps you could improve your technique in slower thrusting styles so that your girl will like it better.

Be creative, use your entire body to express passion not just your dick - don't limit thrusting to your hips. Make slight positional changes to alter thrusting angle to stimulate differently. By rhythmic but alter tempo - perhaps provide the hard and fast technique but only for short periods of time. Alter thrusting to different depths.

Don't even think about circumcision - believe me, you don't want to go there. What is the point of being able to last longer if you lose significant pleasure sensations for yourself. I am sure the 45 minutes includes foreplay. As others have said 15 minutes of vaginal sex is quite normal.
