My erection has never been at a 45 degree angle, ever, at anytime in my life. Rock hard, raging hormones, super turned on, and it is at 80-85 degrees maximum. I have to agree with @lapdog2001 about this. A normal penis can be at maximum erect state and point anywhere from straight down to up against the belly. The size has no bearing on this whatsoever.
