It sounds too simple to be true, but the best fiber I’ve found is Triscuit crackers. The original, not the thin ones. Any flavor. I eat 4 or 5 and like magic, the next day I have a natural, somewhat enjoyable BM. No cramping and no residue.

And only around $2.50 per box. Six of the crackers provide three grams of fiber for 120 calories and no sugar. Great with a sharp cheddar and some Chardonnay. Enjoy your go!

absolutely agree this is the best advice for bottom guys (and people in general) your DIET matters more than anything.

literally, eat crap, your bowels will be full of crap!!

the douching is fine once in a while if you're worried, but, it CAN dry out the anal tract meaning you're more susceptible to tears and damage. Diet based solutions mean that you clean out regularly and fully and also leave the layer of mucus that keeps your anal tract lubricated.

I've told this to all the guys i've dated and fortunately they've all been on the healthy side and none have ever douched - yes you may get an odd mishap or if (as the top) you've gone a bit deep/rough you may end up with a little remains on your condom or lube but nothing too horrid.
