Pills 1000% will not work. You’ll just be wasting your money. PE is a long journey it takes dedication and time but yes you can definitely make your penis longer and thicker. There are some routines on here that you can search.

if you're not up for putting the time into the Jelqing, there's a few different options for different results.

There's a lot of people here who pump with vacuum tubes (this primarily works for girth gains), and practicing keggles will help for blood flow, which is absolutely vital.

There's also traction stretching devices available too.

All of these work to various degrees, but... you HAVE to put the time in.
We're talking consistency over the course of at least 1 year.

Tips for a bigger dick. My theory is that the thinnest guys have the biggest ones. So my advice is try to lose more weight and exercise more. Aim for long lasting spontaneous erections. If you masturbate too much or apply too much pressure you can damage the spongy chambers so they won’t fill with blood properly. So you won’t get maximum blood flow to stretch it out. Losing weight is good if you are overweight, but who the Hell wants to look anorexic just to have a bigger penis?
I also think skinnier guys do have longer cocks , but part of it is an illusion in that 7”— for example— will look bigger on a slim dude than on a bigger guy with massive thighs.
