Definetly not! As i was growing up and becoming sexually active I was concerned about these bumps too, but I've had multiple doctors tell me I'm fine and it's normal. I just recently had a bar skank experience and was dumb and didn't wrapup so I went and got checked and nothing, I went back six months later to be sure and nothing, these were taken after that. I also have a birth mark on my head, I'll have to put a pic up.
