well let's start from the assumption that i'm always right, and you can choose your stance in relation to that.

My stance has been pretty clear throughout. I'm just a little confused as to why you keep responding to my posts without any clear reason or purpose.

I have no problem with sex toys, I do have my own.. for my own reasons, so I shouldn't be against women having them. I mean yes I would have a problem if my partner had something that was bigger then my arm and the width of my thigh and had no problem taking it all.. But even if it is bigger then me.. say and inch or so.. I have no problem.

I would actually like the woman to be willing to have sex toying in bed. I don't want to hide my sex toys from her, because I want to know if she would be like "ohh.. that is fine.. I have my own" or if she would be "well.. I don't like it.. so.. could you not?" and I would stop using them.. and hopefully the same for her.

love them that's how we have our threesomes! we got small and big dildos, sometimes we go double vag, but there is nothing hotter than her riding a big white dildo bigger than me! can't wait till she gets home now.

I only have a few anal toys but my gf has a lot of toys. They are mostly bigger than me, and more importantly, satisfy her in a way I can never - dildos don't suffer from PE! I think it's great that she gets such pleasure, and tbh I get a lot of pleasure watching her ram herself with a massive dildo!

Dolfette and Enid are right about using your hands and the problem of fingernails and getting sore if you try to long.

I've been lucky that I've always been orgasmic except for one time in my life. A long time ago I was prescribed a SSRI and about a month after I went on it, I lost my ability to orgasm. I'd reach a plateau and then nothing would happen. I often made myself sore with my fingers just trying to make it happen, but it just wouldn't. It took over a month to wean myself off of the SSRI safely (suddenly stopping a SSRI can make you suicidal) but my orgasms returned as soon as I was off the med. (Off-topic, but related to SSRIs: After that experience, I've never tried another anti-depressant, and I don't think I ever really needed it in the first place. If I'm unhappy, I need to change my life, not use medicine.)

Dolfette is correct that everyone should have the right to pleasure themselves, with or without toys.

meds can certainly kill it (sex drive). i was on haloperidol for 3 years. it was yuck. all i wanted to do was fucking sleep.

(the haldol was for tourette's syndrome, not schizophrenia)

I would have loved it if it killed my sex drive entirely. Instead I still had a sex drive, but I couldn't orgasm.

It was like purgatory.

I don't know how women who have never orgasmed can stand it. It drove me nuts.

Haldol doesn't just kill your sex drive. It kills your drive for life. I cannot explain anything at all about my late teenage years because you know what I can't remember them. Thanks Haldol!

I think it's different than an SSRI in that respect -- it's definitely different because it is an anti-psychotic sedative, but I totally get what you're saying. I've known people on them and that's a common experience from what I gather.

If you had Haldol it would have killed your sex drive entirely, that's for sure. You also would become zombie-like and you would want to sleep 24 hours a day. You wouldn't appear cognizant and you'd not remember anything. You'd likely develop dystonia if you were on it for a prolonged period. I did. I double heart Haldol!

to be fair, porn and a sexual device are different
porn is really just replacing imagination where as a sexual device is replacing a lover
I use dildos because I can't reach my own best spots without them. If I had 6 inch fingers, or if my arm bent in the middle of my radius and ulna instead of at the wrist and elbow, maybe you'd have a point.

I don't care how many times I get fucked, I still need to do it myself once a day. It's a bonding experience between my and my chocha. If you don' t like it, get the fuck out of my bed.

My husband loves that I have a huge toy collection, now more than ever. Medication is making me stupidly horny, and he only wants to have sex a few times a week. Almost every time we pass our toy store, he asks, "Do you need to go in?"

Never jealous of sex toys as long as we continue to have fun together as well. Though she can use toys anytime without me just as I will without her. No room for jealousy at any rate. We are poly and also share lovers when appropriate so toys are fine as well. How could 5 be jealous of a toy if we're not jealous of other people? If her fave sex toy is thicker and longer than me, I just hope she'll use it on me once and awhile!...LOL...haven't seen her use machines mentioned but I watched a woman ride a Sybian for 40 minutes. She was carried from the room and claimed hundreds of orgasms (that is when she could speak an hour later...). Again, no reason to hide my toys from my partners...how would they find them then?

That sounds horrible! I'm so sorry that you went through that.

Yeah, it wasn't anything like that! Luckily I knew my body well enough to know that the SSRI was the cause and to end that experiment right away. I can't live like that. No orgasms would make me depressed!

I wish I could have ended my "experiment" right away. As it was I didn't find a good neurologist til the early 90s. Haha. He was amazing though.

Honestly it was partially due to having TS that I learned about female pleasure/orgasms so late (compared to others)

I had no idea that the medications had such strong side effects. I'm so sorry, Enid! It seems like you're making up for lost time in a big way! *hugs*

That's insecurity for ya. I had a bf who insisted that I dispose of the dildo he found. The only reason I complied was that I could understand how it's being larger than him could cause him to feel inadequate.

Unfortunately it went deeper. He was "offended" that I had books like The Joy of Sex and The Hite Report and eventually urged me to dispose of pictures he found of ex-bfs that were scattered amongst other old pics in photo albums and shoeboxes.

In the end I did edit my life. I deleted him from it.

Right on!!

Who needs that kind of crap? I love hearing about fun my partner has had in the past. Pictures would be even better.

I even fixed a vibrator an ex had, while we were together. We used it together or she used it solo... either way was great.

Probably the best part of sex for me is to see someone really lose themselves in the sensations of sex. Fucking someone with their favorite dildo or whatever is great, looking-them-in-the-eye, sexual spirituality.
I know you asked the straight guys, but I just wanted to give my thoughts.

sounds like a real shitter! i had no idea.

would you say you've found a solution that controls your condition but still allows you ''normal'' sexuality now?

i'm a nosey cow. it's endearing.
