I think not all scenes are shot like this, the more "gonzo" or amateur ones are quite long and with few cuts. Even Interracialpass is mostly shot continuously, there are cuts, but not that many. I guess you can find even better examples.

Yes. "gonzo" shoots are done more directly with fewer cuts true. But even there there are breaks and set up changes etc. But that's not to say that they can't shoot and one scene all in one shot - they do for some shoots - but most often there are cuts etc.
