How Do Women Relate To Their Pussy?

I think it's safe to say that men are obsessed with their cock. It's treated like a force, a symbol and almost as an individual that men tend to have a very intimate relation to. :)
But what about women?
How do you relate to your genitals? Are there features that are considered more attractive? Do you compare to others? Can it be compared to the male way of relating to his cock? Or is it just different?

IMO, it's totally different. Like exactly the opposite. Never felt like I was better than/inferior to another woman because of my hoo-hah. Never felt like my snatch would give me reason to treat a man poorly. etc. etc. etc.

I think the only way I've thought similar to what I read about men's thoughts is that when meeting a new partner, I have had a moment of insecurity about if he would like my lady bits. (Although one friend told me "If I'm granted an audience, who am I to complain about too much or too little hair", and I think that applies well to all aspects)

Thanks for your replies!
Your answers are pretty much in line with my expectations. And it sounds like a blessing to some extent. Not to put so much focus on the body. But at the same time there is something to be gained from sanctifying it. To make it a special part to be proud of. For men that comes with both pleasure and pain I guess, though?

How do I relate to my genitals? Quite well, thanks for asking. For the most part they take care of themselves - self-cleaning and all that, no need for scented douches or that crap ‘Eve’ tries to sell. I take care of them, love them, nurture them, take them to the doctor regularly.

I feel no need to compare. They are a part of me. Just like my breasts, or my round tummy, or my turned up nose. And while there were times I would have complained about other parts of my body (times long gone now), my genitals were never on that list.

Now, wanna talk aches and pains? I might say something about the evils of aging! :)

Sounds like a healthy approach! So different from most men. Especially around here I guess?
Feel free to talk about aches and pain too. The evils of aging comes to all of us. :)

It's just another part of my body. When I was young and saw porn for the first time, I was extremely briefly self-conscious of how I looked compared to women in porn. I found out very quickly that anyone who met my standards enough for me to get naked with, was going to have zero complaints about the way my bits are. I'm healthy, I'm pretty dang symmetrical, that's good enough for me.

Other than that super brief time of being self-conscious, I don't compare my vulva to anyone.

I wish there was a way to edit " Men " and say some men; or a large number of men on LPSG. Not trying to hijack one of the Women's issues, just speaking out for a few of us who do not automatically fall under a set paternal stereotype

A part of a package, well kept with timely
Maintenance from a early age. (ie: dr visits check ups) Aging - hormones haven’t changed much. Not one who has ever really cared about turning heads, that would be my sisters. Maybe it’s because of my career and working with men. My self confidence is not
From my sex appeal. I take very good care of myself. Always have, very clean, very well kept. I do what has to be done w no complaints.
I know if I take care of my special parts they will take care of me.

I don’t compare myself to others, I think there’s more to people than their body. Of course I know what pleases me more or less.
When I’m speaking to someone I assure you, I’m not thinking about the size of this or that?
I believe the heart is most important.

As far as flaws we all have them, those imperfections are what make us individuals
I have met some of the best individuals here. I’ve seen some bat crazy - fascinating - to hmmmm things...
When it all come down to at the end of the day we are all human beings gifted in many different ways.

Good Topic Btw

How do I relate to it? Well, it's mine. It's quite personal. Not much I could compare it to. I mean I've learned from an early age that it's my lily pad, according to my proper Mum. And it's mine to keep nice and tidy.

I honestly haven't spent a whole lot of time worrying about it. It's the innards that require a bit more care.

It did help birth a wonderful woman, so it's got that going for it. My husband appears infatuated with it, and that's a good thing, too.

But honestly, I cannot think of a way I could enter it into a competition because I don't know what criteria the judges would be using. And frankly, I'm not interested in knowing either.

I should have written "some" or "many" for sure. :)

It's different, because of the extremes in experiences that happen for men vs women when it comes to the junk they have in front of their butthole.

My pussy has brought me literal fuck loads of pleasure, and at the exact same time has caused me unforgettable pain and discomfort. I'm sure men have their own discomforts, but in comparison it's not as extreme/unavoidable from what I understand about having a penis. Menstruation alone, it's not pleasant.

I don't compare my parts to other women. I don't deny that I do compare my breasts to other women, but I realize that I'm just a victim of social standards and that in all reality it's fucking stupid of me to ever do it. It's something I've been working on over the years. But when it comes to my vulva, it doesn't cross my mind to "size it up" to those of other women.

We straight men view a woman's lily pad as if it were the Mona Lisa at the Louvre. And like finger prints, no two are the same which is a source of endless excitement and fascination. Your husband Cap must have good taste in lily pads Ellie.
