How do you guys care for your foreskins

How often do you clean it? What do you use, only water or also shampoo/soap? Do you retract your foreskin when you pee?

At least twice a day and if at all possible always before sex and again when sex has fully finished.
Use a non-perfumed soap and water.
Moisturise once a week.
Retract before peeing and ensure no more 'drops' before bringing back forwards.

Mostly just water in the shower. On advice from a dermatologist friend. I do use soap now and again, but always apply lotion afterwards. Good excuse to play with it, anyhow.

As for me, I usually wash my penis (including the foreskin, glans and scrotum) every day. Almost always I retract the foreskin, so as to uncover the urinary meatus, to pee. Speaking of washing methods, referring to the shower, I'm used to doing this:

1) I retract the foreskin to uncover the glans during the shower (or sometimes even just before starting);
2) I wash the entire penis, including the glans and inner foreskin, with soap;
3) I rinse the penis to eliminate soap residues;
4) I complete the shower (leaving the foreskin retracted and the glans still exposed);
5) Once I have finished the shower and before wear underwear, I dry the penis (especially the glans) and often, but not always, move the foreskin back to its original position;

This is it. I never pull the foreskin back to dry but other than this is what I do too
