How do you guys shave your pubic hair?

Trimmer and razor get myself hard so everything tightens up easier to shave the balls.

I do trimming as it prevents you from getting ingrown hairs as you can with outright shaving. I use a guard for the strip of bush I keep so it is a more uniform length.

I just shave in the direction the hair grows in. Rarely have any ingrown hairs.

Anyone on here have any experience with sugaring, as opposed to waxing? Pros/cons? All I know is waxing takes the first layer of skin with the hair and follicle

Had my first sugaring appointment today. I’ve never been waxed so I can’t compare pain levels between the two methods. The guy who did it does both but prefers sugaring over waxing. He believes it’s easier on the skin since there’s no risk of burning your skin like there is with waxing. Additionally, removes very little skin compared to waxing which I’ve read really removes a lot of skin along with the hair.
We started with my back. Only the thick hair near my neckline was what I considered painful. Fortunately that’s a small area but it has stayed tender even though we’re six hours later.
Next was my ass. My back has patches of hair where my ass is More consistently hairy. Even so, it was no more painful than my back.
The crack was next and all things considered it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Of course, the closer we got to the hole the more sensitive it became. The area of the taint and lower edge of scrotum were the worst.
He finished with a warm towel and some lotion of some kind as we discussed the front.
I decided to try it but stopped him before we finished. He started at the edges of my groin which was painful. Then he moved to the base of my shaft and fuck me that hurts!! He managed a few pulls on each side before I pussed out threw out the white flag.
I will certainly go back in a few weeks. I took a shower at home and love how my smooth ass and crack and hole feels.
I think I will ask him to do the creases of my groin and then do scrotum from bottom to top. When I was on my belly he did some of my sack and I was able to take it so I think that’s a better place for me to work into this.
To answer the question, I didn’t get hard. I get several massages each month and am used to nudity and being touched.

I am a hardcore advocate for sugaring(way better than waxing in my humble opinion)! I highly recommend anyone who wants to experience being “sans cheveux”- again, it’s not for everyone. I did sugaring on myself- made the sugar wax and waxed myself. Although I thoroughly enjoy being smooth, I am also comfortable being my level of hairy, and am content to do maintenance-level manscaping- @EquusAZ loves me smooth and even more so my man fur, so I have decided to just enjoy what nature gave me; however I know that a sugaring session is an option if I am feeling the need for a more smoother aesthetic appearance and experience

Clipper with a guard for the top, and a hair removal cream for my balls.

Ouch! the one time I tried that it was a bloody mess and sore as hell!

The blades never get to me becauss of the blade guard but it still results in super smooth skin. To finish it off I slap a load of Sudocrem on (see pic) to cool down the skin. Plus this makes it ULTRA soft (I also use Sudocrem after facial shaving). If you really want to put the cherry on the cake, baby powder or talc is the one. I apply some down below and kiss goodbye to chafing!

Was that the bit above your cock? I only have tried around the shaft and scrot. I read that the pubes bit can be difficult to manage
