I used to work 12 hours shifts, 4 or 5 days in a row. I relaxed by watching a little TV and going to sleep.

I relax by finding a cold drink, some food, and watching TV, doing computer stuff or immersing myself into an RPG. XD

If not that, I definitely sleep.

Like a girls perspective?

I don't work long days, but I do get stressed.

Once a week i get either a manicure or pedicure or both.

But you will probably benefit by having just one glass of favorite wine or your favorite beverage and sit in a quiet room.

It's sort of self-pampering and we all need that.

Watch something that takes very little thought, like old early-90s sitcoms. Something you can just sit back and absorb without having to over-think it. Grab a cold drink and prop your feet up on the coffee table like you just don't give a damn.
If you have video games, play something familiar that won't frustrate you.

The best way for me personally to unwind after a seriously long day of work is to climb into bed, snuggle up and put on a DVD (usually something that requires little to no attention - Family Guy for example) and just watch it until I fall asleep. This never fails to help me unwind.
