No discomfort at all. The trick is to find the right size. I wear one that is a little loose when I am flaccid (but not loose enough to slide off), and tight when I am erect. That way I can leave it on all the time. The ball ring I only use when erect. It's function is to keep the balls from drawing up too tight (which helps delay ejaculation) so I can edge for extended periods.

Hey guys. I have been wondering, how do you guys wear cock rings? A or B?
