OP - first off, like any other sexual act if you don't want to do it, just say no. If you're willing to try, then here are some tips.
- Relax and breathe.
- Make sure he has sufficiently lubed your anus by applying lubricant with his fingers both outside the anus and inside the rectum.
- Pick a position where you are most comfortable (this varies from person to person)
- Tell him to start slow; the most difficult part is the initial penetration as his head passes through the anus (see point 1)
