Hey guys,

How does working out or having a special diet affects your sex life?

Do you find some exercises/foods better than others?

Do you feel it help you to get more or stronger erections or lasting longer in bed? Can you really tell a diffeence?

How would you recommend to live a health life style to maximize your sex life?

How would you recommend to live a health life style to maximize your sex life?

First of all, Keep in mind that there is NO "overdrive shift" to Humans. Other than that there are some
cliches that you already Know.
1. Consume cooked meals NOT Fast food.
2. If U R a smoker Quit it.
3. In between meals get your hands on Walnuts and Honey, or any nuts or prune with honey.
4. If you wish to refer to pills, Well keep it on the mild side. f.e. vitamins for men. NO "spark plug" stuff
such as erectile garbage in the internet.
5. With vitamins we DON'T Overdo it !
6. Find another Cute Guy as Yourself, and Do 69 as much as you both can stand. You'll be surprised
How much it can help, besides the sheer and raw pleasure it delivers.

exercise just makes me real horny, but I try to do lots of cardio in the gym and swim and cycle, need to keep the stamina levels up

otherwise its eat in moderation, don't overdo drink and fast or ready made food, drugs will do you no good either long term, and enjoy life.
