I posted my dick stretching saga about 2 years ago with much skepticism from viewers and lots of positive interest as well. I am now more convinced than ever that stretching using very powerful stretches is the only way of significantly increasing dick length. I have used jelqs extensively for last 9 months and increased my girth from 5.5 to just under 7 inches but at same time with only modest stretching I actually lost maximum length to something just over 8 inches. I also invested in a medieval torture device called a pump and feel that it also is of marginal at best use in dick lengthening but may be helpful in ED and maybe girth improvement. Quite simply girth seems to be amenable to increase in blood pockets in the dick and some jelqs and pumps seem to increase size of those pockets. My major jelq that I use is as follows:

Jelq – There are many jelqs but I hate all of them because they mostly require erections and that is time consuming to achieve especially for us senior guys. But my favorite among the heap is the compression squeeze. With a fairly erect dick you encircle the dick at both ends, close to the body with one hand and behind the cockhead with the other and squeezing both strongly you push those two hands together at mightily as you can, release and repeat endlessly. You will have to stop and stroke your dick to get it hard again then continue. This seems to be good for temporarily girth improvement and from my experience also for permanent improvement over the long haul. But to increase length of the dick you will need something much more powerful that jelqs and pumps to give a lengthwise extension of your dick.

Downside of lots of powerful jelqs with puny stretching routine – Since a limiting factor for both length and girth is that tunica ligament encasing the whole dick whose tensile strength is close to that of stainless steel, I think I traded girth for length during my jelq heyday. Quite possibly I was pushing the ligament tissues outward instead of strongly in the length direction and the tunica reconfigured. I was not disappointed totally with a much fatty, shorter dick (formerly over 10 at granite hardness – see footnote 1 below) but not overjoyed either. My solution – go for broke with stretches with the most powerful stretches I have ever used.

Newer stretch routine – With steady but very, very slow length gains for years 2000 to 2005 I could not accept that my dick was maxed out and actually lost some of the gains in late 2005 and early 2006. So I decided to go for broke and stretch with the most powerful stretches I possibly could – why do that you say, see footnote 2 below. These are the two stretches I have used for last 9 months. First is about five minutes of footlong stretches – grabbing cock behind head with outward facing encircling hand, place opposite foot over the cock and rest on the wrist of this hand and then push the shit out of that thing. I use pulse pushes with my legs and probably based on my gym experience push with at least 150 lbs pressure in a pulsed mode. Why pulse – because full leg press is probably too intense and spurts of very intense pressure I feel probably work better. After five minutes with one wrist switch to other hand and other foot. How does a stretch lengthen a dick – see footnote 2 below.

Afterwards I switch to a really powerful stretch which is modification of the earlier one. I twist the dick around at least two full rotations, preferably 2.5 or 3 and then again grab behind cockhead as before and place foot again on that wrist. But here is where there is a difference – the footlong applies most intense stretching to base of tunica where it is attached to pubic bone. Here we will now take opposite hand in a reverse grip on dick at its base and squeeze very tightly as you use about 1 minute of intense pulsating leg presses to your dick but holding the hand near your pubic bone rock steady so stretching does not confine itself to the attachment end of the dick. By holding both ends of dick, you are distributing the stretch to entire length of dick not just the base end and by pulling on a pretzel dick you are getting expansion outward as well as lengthwise. After a minute of this very painful stretching, switch to other hand and leg.

Accomplishments – Noting footnote 1 below, it has to be admitted that at age 63 or even 50 or maybe 40, a long dick which I have had for at least four years does not achieve the granite hardness with much regularity in extra vaginismal activity (while not fucking but just playing with your cock) and consequently not maximum length. Pictures of finished product are also very difficult both to want to do and to accomplish of this splendid moment of maximal tumescence. But twice I was able with help of lpsg friends in chat sessions to get a reading over 10 about 2 years ago and for a brief second or two recently when I was ragingly erect with a brilliant cockhead sheen and steel cord veins I was just a tad over 11 inches (thanks mostly to one guy who has engendered in me a sense of sexual power that borders on being oversexed). But honestly the 9.5 with a softly cooked sausage hardness is very nice to look at also that is more easily and regularly achieved. The most important message from this is not that I am a superhung stud (which I am) but that dick lengthening using stretching techniques can continue unabated for at least 7 years with gains not stopping during that length of time. But keep in mind ligaments tend to toughen unless regularly stretched – I have never missed a day in 7 years of stretching exercises

What should you do – Nothing, if you don’t want want a longer dick, and jelqs and pumps will do virtually nothing for length. And forgot all the medical statements that say this cannot be done – intense dick stretches have never been tried in clinical trials and I am probably one of a kind to have done them for 7 years so do not enter into medical opinions about possibilities of lengthening the dick. But most physiologists do agree that any tissue of the body if regularly put under intense tearing pressure will respond by regrowth and increase in size like muscle growth. But also keep in mind (as you can read in my excellent thread on a sex god after 50) that after about 30 you must exercise very strongly and daily to keep the brain active in producing the regenerative, healing messenger compounds that allow muscle and ligament growth.

My goals and yours ­­-- Bruce Lee has said, “Never have a specific goal because you will stop when you reach it”. Just remember, a man can never be too wealthy, too educated, too good looking, too popular, too talented, too funny, too sexual and certainly not too well hung (and I might emphasize never too old to want to be well hung). I have several guys that I regularly give pep talks to about increasing their dick size and those that have kept with daily stretching have seen steady gains, but alas most men are just too damn lazy to keep with anything that does not offer immediate gratification. I even have several friends in here with extraordinarily long dicks, several over 12 inches and one in particular over 14 who want more and have been working to achieve it – it’s just what you want and what makes you happy. As for me, I have seen an increase of 100% in feelings of sexiness, confidence and joie de vivre with every inch I have added to my dick.
 
As for naysayers – Forget them, these guys are the bone idle, unmotivated, jealous shitheads that our society is full of. And those guys who were born with genetically long dicks that say they wouldn’t lift a finger to have a longer dick – they are god damn liars or members of the first group in sentence one in this paragraph or just plain ignorant of the real possibilities for dick improvement. So what if your dick won’t fit easily in any vagina, well you will find some wonderful woman who will treasure your dick enough to open up to the best lay she is ever likely to have in 100 lifetimes if you learn better sexual techniques with which to use your magnificent tool. Too long – not a problem, just use half of it, the eye candy will heighten both your pleasure anyway and perhaps tit fucking or deep throating may be a possibility to get full enclosure. Girth could present a problem but not insurmountable. You just have to work for what you want and want it very much. Everything I have in life I have had to bust my ass for, best education I could get, reinvented body, scholarly accomplishments at work, frugality verging in pauperhood lifestyle to get real estate investments that have paid off fabulously, and daily dick lengthening exercises. If you want to be better hung, you will also have to work your ass off for a very long time to get it.

And I would suggest that you not limit your exercises to just a few minutes every morning as I have done, but sprinkle then throughout the day, maybe each time you take a piss would be a good reminder time and when you take a shit is a good positioning of the body for dick playing and modification.

Footnote 1. Very long dicks get very long and hard by damming up lots of blood and keeping it there which is very difficult. As we age and forget to keep body in shape, this becomes increasingly a problem. With daily 1 hr exercise, both aerobic and muscle building you can have that maximum erection more frequently. But as for claiming a particular dick size, we guys are going to claim the length and girth at those precise moments when our dicks have the feeling of polished teak and actually hurt they are so engorged (God that is the most wonderful feeling, and beginning to feel it as I write) that may be fleeting moments. Hopefully my huge maximum size will become less and less fleeting with my new health routines.

Footnone 2. Ligaments that surround the penis body are one of the toughest tissues in the body and the most resistant to size increase by pressurized stretching, but it can be done, but with more effort obviously than it will take to tug those veins and skin to that wondrously longer dick you are going to have.

Sorry I left out a detail in the foot long stretch -- what is that other hand doing other than just hanging there. I use the free hand to massage the body end of your cock to help relax those ligament tissues near the attachment to your pubic bone so that they can be distended and lengthened. I also massage the rest of the cock that I can reach with that other hand and foot making it somewhat difficult to do much with the cock body.
 
Most may not be familiar with my dick enlargement saga and know little of what my history was before and after.

First let me say that it is not being an idiot to lengthen the dick in late 50's. If I had known then what I know now, well you get the picture. But I think I serve as testament that what an older guy can get in enlargement of the most wonderful tool on your bodies, a younger guy should certainly be enabled to do probably more quickly and effectively.

Secondly I did not do these present routines for first 5 years -- I just grabbed the penis behind the head with thumb and first 2 fingers on either side and tugged outwards repeatedly every time I took a piss and did it for about 5-10 minutes a day. It was a test and when after about a year I saw a 1.5 inch gain in erect length I continued and probably will continue until placed in a coffin with a spring attached to my cockhead and the foot end of the coffin.

Thirdly what about some numbers. I was under 6 inches erect for 45 years, never one mm gain from fucking or masturbation so forget sex as enlargement tool (though it probably will disappear with no sex). And that measurement was made very generously -- I remember taking the tape measure over the head and part way to the other side, so 5.5 might be a better number. Girth was under 5 -- flaccid was about 4 length and probably about 4.5 girth not sure on this girth -- hard to measure circumferance of a mass of jello. Present measurement is a reliably firm 9.5 (not granite hard which i rarely achieve in measuring mode), hard enough for rigors of masturbation and gentle fucking by about 6 girth. I have discovered a means ot doing dick stretching throughout the day without having it become such a burdensome chore and achieve over time a much longer cock if you are so interested in that attribute to add to your sex god status. You can combine this exercise with one that will help you in achieving stronger ejaculations and orgasms also. I got the idea from a friend here so here it is. Each time you take a piss, do a series of continuous kegels squirting the piss as hard as you can when you engage each of the kegels. Hold the kegel until you completely shut off the piss stream. You can do 20-30 kegels each time you take a piss and strengthen the PE muscle allowing tremendous control over your ejaculation and also volcanic propulsiveness when you do squirt. Now for the dick lengthening. Take a paper towel to the toilet when you piss, bare handed is very messy. But take the penis head in your right hand behind the head with hand turned outwards and the dick twisted at least two rotations as described in the thread and pull outwards to the right. Now grab near the base with the other hand and pull outwards in a reverse butterfly motion with fairly powerful tugging. You can hold this for 30 seconds or so then reverse the direction of twist and hands and pull outwards to the right for 30 seconds or so. I can pull so hard that my arms tremble and have caused no injury whatsoever. You must clamp down hard on the hand closest to the body so that the stretch is directed along the length of your cock and not just at the base attachment. This actually is an isometric exercise for your back muscles so you are getting those rarely exercised muscles at the same time as giving yourself a much longer penis (over many months of course). Incidentally my flaccid penis is now just under 8 inches -- two inches longer than my former erect length. After doing this twist routine and my usual foot long stretches for the past 9 months or so I can, at end of stretch routine, pull my dick outwards for a full stretched length of 15 inches and have a flaccid over 9 inches. This shrinks very soon but indicates that elasticity of the dick is greatly affected by this stretch. I have no doubt if the grim reaper does not get me first that I may reach my next goal of having the longest dick on record (only 13.6 inches for the present official record) or at least have a one footer.

Yes of course there is no formula that can relate stretched length to erect length or flaccid to erect but if you consistently make all three (and the two flaccids are easier to achieve reliably and consistently) you can determine if you are making any progress in your stretching routines. After the twisted stretches I do I hang at 8.5 inches whereas after milder stretches I stand at 7.5, the same as before any stretches and I feel that this indicates that this stretch is more intense than what can be achieved by "normal" stretches. Anyway I feel confident that I have found a means to go past the plateau I had been bounded by for several years.
 
very true,stretching definately works.if it didnt how could one explain the martial artist who,upon beginning his art can only kick waist high,then after a few months of constant stretching can kick straight up.ham strings and tendons can be stretched as can the cock.
