I also invested in a medieval torture device called a pump and feel that it also is of marginal at best use in dick lengthening but may be helpful in ED and maybe girth improvement. Quite simply girth seems to be amenable to increase in blood pockets in the dick and some jelqs and pumps seem to increase size of those pockets. My major jelq that I use is as follows:
Jelq There are many jelqs but I hate all of them because they mostly require erections and that is time consuming to achieve especially for us senior guys. But my favorite among the heap is the compression squeeze. With a fairly erect dick you encircle the dick at both ends, close to the body with one hand and behind the cockhead with the other and squeezing both strongly you push those two hands together at mightily as you can, release and repeat endlessly. You will have to stop and stroke your dick to get it hard again then continue. This seems to be good for temporarily girth improvement and from my experience also for permanent improvement over the long haul. But to increase length of the dick you will need something much more powerful that jelqs and pumps to give a lengthwise extension of your dick.
Downside of lots of powerful jelqs with puny stretching routine Since a limiting factor for both length and girth is that tunica ligament encasing the whole dick whose tensile strength is close to that of stainless steel, I think I traded girth for length during my jelq heyday. Quite possibly I was pushing the ligament tissues outward instead of strongly in the length direction and the tunica reconfigured. I was not disappointed totally with a much fatty, shorter dick (formerly over 10 at granite hardness see footnote 1 below) but not overjoyed either. My solution go for broke with stretches with the most powerful stretches I have ever used.
Newer stretch routine With steady but very, very slow length gains for years 2000 to 2005 I could not accept that my dick was maxed out and actually lost some of the gains in late 2005 and early 2006. So I decided to go for broke and stretch with the most powerful stretches I possibly could why do that you say, see footnote 2 below. These are the two stretches I have used for last 9 months. First is about five minutes of footlong stretches grabbing cock behind head with outward facing encircling hand, place opposite foot over the cock and rest on the wrist of this hand and then push the shit out of that thing. I use pulse pushes with my legs and probably based on my gym experience push with at least 150 lbs pressure in a pulsed mode. Why pulse because full leg press is probably too intense and spurts of very intense pressure I feel probably work better. After five minutes with one wrist switch to other hand and other foot. How does a stretch lengthen a dick see footnote 2 below.
Afterwards I switch to a really powerful stretch which is modification of the earlier one. I twist the dick around at least two full rotations, preferably 2.5 or 3 and then again grab behind cockhead as before and place foot again on that wrist. But here is where there is a difference the footlong applies most intense stretching to base of tunica where it is attached to pubic bone. Here we will now take opposite hand in a reverse grip on dick at its base and squeeze very tightly as you use about 1 minute of intense pulsating leg presses to your dick but holding the hand near your pubic bone rock steady so stretching does not confine itself to the attachment end of the dick. By holding both ends of dick, you are distributing the stretch to entire length of dick not just the base end and by pulling on a pretzel dick you are getting expansion outward as well as lengthwise. After a minute of this very painful stretching, switch to other hand and leg.
Accomplishments Noting footnote 1 below, it has to be admitted that at age 63 or even 50 or maybe 40, a long dick which I have had for at least four years does not achieve the granite hardness with much regularity in extra vaginismal activity (while not fucking but just playing with your cock) and consequently not maximum length. Pictures of finished product are also very difficult both to want to do and to accomplish of this splendid moment of maximal tumescence. But twice I was able with help of lpsg friends in chat sessions to get a reading over 10 about 2 years ago and for a brief second or two recently when I was ragingly erect with a brilliant cockhead sheen and steel cord veins I was just a tad over 11 inches (thanks mostly to one guy who has engendered in me a sense of sexual power that borders on being oversexed). But honestly the 9.5 with a softly cooked sausage hardness is very nice to look at also that is more easily and regularly achieved. The most important message from this is not that I am a superhung stud (which I am) but that dick lengthening using stretching techniques can continue unabated for at least 7 years with gains not stopping during that length of time. But keep in mind ligaments tend to toughen unless regularly stretched I have never missed a day in 7 years of stretching exercises
What should you do Nothing, if you dont want want a longer dick, and jelqs and pumps will do virtually nothing for length. And forgot all the medical statements that say this cannot be done intense dick stretches have never been tried in clinical trials and I am probably one of a kind to have done them for 7 years so do not enter into medical opinions about possibilities of lengthening the dick. But most physiologists do agree that any tissue of the body if regularly put under intense tearing pressure will respond by regrowth and increase in size like muscle growth. But also keep in mind (as you can read in my excellent thread on a sex god after 50) that after about 30 you must exercise very strongly and daily to keep the brain active in producing the regenerative, healing messenger compounds that allow muscle and ligament growth.
My goals and yours ­­-- Bruce Lee has said, Never have a specific goal because you will stop when you reach it. Just remember, a man can never be too wealthy, too educated, too good looking, too popular, too talented, too funny, too sexual and certainly not too well hung (and I might emphasize never too old to want to be well hung). I have several guys that I regularly give pep talks to about increasing their dick size and those that have kept with daily stretching have seen steady gains, but alas most men are just too damn lazy to keep with anything that does not offer immediate gratification. I even have several friends in here with extraordinarily long dicks, several over 12 inches and one in particular over 14 who want more and have been working to achieve it its just what you want and what makes you happy. As for me, I have seen an increase of 100% in feelings of sexiness, confidence and joie de vivre with every inch I have added to my dick.
