Well, not totally. There are different chat rooms. I stuck in with the Cowboy...Leather...Hairy guy type forums. But in Gay.com...I ran into a guy that I met on Gaydar. This guy abruptly dropped me after I went through the trouble of actually writing him in Australia. No, I told him that I knew who he was. And I told him that I thought that he was shitty for dropping me because I wasn't black enough (he loved black guys not light skinned black guys.). I told him that it was really fucked up to write someone and NOT respond. He apologized. And that was the end. I was happy. A positive resolution.

Adam M4M has a really terrible format that causes you to constantly sign in and back out or you get lost in the back pages;
I know what you mean...I have lost sooo much written letter content typing a response to a guy's letter to me by accidentally pressing the back key. I was so mad after writing all that stuff that I decided to write people back the next day. Hehehe. it's also awkward with Firefox's tab system. I also find the profiles to be rather vague. I compare it to a very fast-moving river.
Manhunt works best for me. It seems as though everything I'd want to know about someone is just a click or two away, and it has the most diverse and largest membership of any of them down here (despite its cost).
MANHUNT: I have met three people on there. Two used to work at the gay bar with me. I met one guy on there. And after meeting me...he was ready to go meet another man. :frown1: I never saw him again.
One of the other guys I met on MANHUNT was a bartender who knew the guy that I met on MANHUNT. He told me that he was a really bad drug user. (For a really bad drug user...that guy had some really nice low hanging testicles and thick cock. Hehehe.) Anyway via MANHUNT, I found out that the drug user moved to Portland, Oregon.
The other guy besides the bartender and the "junkie" was a guy that used to do drag. He became a really bitter queen. He wanted peeps to have pics or there was no meeting. And he also wanted a lot from peeps. And I was like, I know you motherfucker...and your demands are shit. You have a big cock...but you aren't special other than that.
I understand the complaints some guys have about the owner of Manhunt (he's a Republican), but that doesn't bother me so much. Back when I lived in Boston,
the best bars were all mob-owned: everybody knew it, nobody really cared.

I've never done any special search, but I'm sure that, just like there are websites for Bears and Daddies and Tit-Tuggers and Barebackers,
there should be at least a few for guys of color and those who look for them.
Oh, there are...I don't EVEN bother with those sites. White peeps expect me to be thuggy and a gangbanger. I don't even like contemporary hip hop. I grew up when hip hop was party and breakdance jams. Not so these days. The questions then become
whether or not there's enough participation in your area and whether or not you find its membership desirable.
