When you're having sex with a guy, how important is it to you that he can produce ejaculate when he orgasms? If he orgasms while inside your vagina, I guess it wouldn't be as noticeable until nothing leaks out. But what about blowjobs with no cum when he orgasms? What about handjobs with no cum? Other things with no cum? I know some women have a "cum fetish"... but I'm curious if 'no cum at all' is a deal breaker for any of you.

Thanks for replying @TinyPrincess :) .... I was starting to think that I somehow made this sound too pervy and no one wanted to touch it.

I probably should have initially included a little more information as to why I was asking... but I was shy to admit that this question was about me. I've been having increasing problems urinating due to an enlarged prostate and I met with a surgeon who can help fix that by removing some excess tissue, but the most significant side effect is retrograde ejaculation (it goes into the bladder instead of out of the penis). I'm done having children, so that aspect isn't a problem. But I am a little hesitant to not have "normal sexual function". But in the end, I do a lot more urinating than I do ejaculating, so I'll probably opt to have the surgery.

Honestly, I could do without the mess. As long as the feeling is there for you then it sounds like a pretty sweet deal.

As for ejaculation during intercourse, it would make little difference to me as I couldn't tell if there was emission or not except afterwards during clean-up.

But it sounds like a win-win situation. I would not miss the mess.

Good luck with it. My brother-in-law is facing the same decision.

Well, there is ejaculation and then there is orgasm. You experience orgasm without ejaculating, I'm assuming. The only time for me that it would make a difference is when I'm giving a blow job. If the guy doesn't ejaculate I feel as if I failed in my task. But in saying that, I'd still be happy if the guy orgasms without ejaculating.

Thanks for replying @Pangurl4u ... yes, the doctor says that I should still be able to have orgasms just like before, but there would be no ejaculation. The pulsing of the penis and pelvic floor muscles during orgasm should be the same.

I've opted to have the surgery on September 22. So I'll soon know everything about how it worked in my body. Although I'd love to continue to have normal male sexual response that includes ejaculation, the bottom line is that there are already visible signs of damage inside my bladder due to the urinary problems and that will likely only get worse with time. I guess it will just be a new chapter in my life.

Well, in some of the research I have done on orgasm vs ejaculate, I think that orgasm wins out. I am a natural sub and have experienced different types of orgasm without flooding or squirting and tbh, I appreciate all of them. Those back arching, nipple hardening, kagel busting, squirting orgasms that I rarely experience are fantastic but I also love the orgasm that I get when my over sensitive breasts and nipples are massaged, flicked, licked and sucked. I know that you will also appreciate the incredible feeling of climaxing without ejaculating.

Follow up: I had the surgery 6 weeks ago and it was a success. I can now urinate with ease and that should help prevent further damage to my bladder... which is of course more important than ejaculating. Sexually everything is working just fine including orgasm, but no ejaculation (as was expected). Thank you everyone who responded to the original question. I know that some women will be disappointed, but it was good to hear that some of you wouldn't be. I know, silly of me to worry about that when a health issue is on the line, but I do appreciate a safe place to ask this question.

I am so happy for you that your surgery was a success. If I was your fuck toy, I would not be disappointed with the fact that I would never be able to swallow your cum ever again and perhaps you will find a person who is happy with that. There are people out there who hate the texture or taste of it who will be willing and greedy to suck you knowing that they will not have the choice of spit or swallow. The added bonus is that they will not get pregnant or have to worry about STI's (I am guessing) so you can fuck condom free without worry. Congratulations and speedy recovery to you!
