Chicks Are So Gullible...I've Learned It Really Has Nothing To Do With Looks As Long As You've Got Personality... and i know it sounds cliche..But It's So True....And The Most Redeeming Quailty A Guy Can Have Is The Ability To Make A Chick Laugh...As Long As You're Not A Friggin Pig With No Sense Of Style It's A Breeze Getting A Chick Under The Impression That You're Some Kinda Great Catch.. and we all know that's not true....

Screw The Gym is What I Say....The Less You Go...The Better I Look..
enjoy those burgers
It is wonderful when a dude can make me laugh. Of course personality trumps looks, but if one lacks the ability to take care of himself properly then there in itself is a personality trait I do not care for. Lazy is boring, no matter how funny you are.

Id like to work out a bit more and get rid of enough fat to show some abs or somthing, but i just hate working out. i HATE it! i detest it. I dont know why, maybe im naturally lazy. im a big guy, i have a large frame, if i worked out alot i would probably look like a huge meathead lolz. But ive got a bit of a gut i wish i could easily get rid of but i guess the gut is the hardest thing to make vanish.

I enjoy running and working out, I hope people don't label me a gym rat for this. Because honestly, I think it is silly for someone to assume that a person is obsessed with apprearance/uncomfortable with their body because working out makes them feel good.

I was once 335lbs at 6ft 2" tall because the sports that I competed in required it. Though it was a ton of weight to carry, I was probably the leanest 335lbs that you would see. I had more "curiousity" from women rather than probably out-right attraction.

I am now...basically retired from strength sports, but I still work out religiously. I am now 280lbs at 6-2. I feel much better and I am rather lean. Women I think look at me more favorably now than before as far as overall attractiveness.

But then again...you can't polish a turd LOL

Wyldgusechaz & OmahaBeef,

I've always prefered a man with a little meat on his bones it gives me something to hold onto while I'm moaning in passion. :05:

I dated a big guy for 12 years, he was 6'4", 250 lbs. and every inch was muscle back in the day. Though his weight did increase over the years to about 330. At 330 he was a bit heavy for me, because it limited the positions we could use for sex but it definetely never stopped us from getting busy. :flirt:

Now that I think about it, I don't recall him ever having a gym membership; but he did run periodically and he used free weights at home. I guess he was just genetically blessed. He had the prettiest legs I have ever seen on a man and thighs that could crack walnuts.
And his arms! When that man hugged you, you knew you had been hugged.

Did I still find him attractive with a bit of belly rather than the rock hard abs he had at 21? Yes! Unfortunately so did a number of other women...

Girls have so many fun places to play with on your bodies. I work out both to stay healthy but also to give you lots of fun places to play with. Its just boring to create those places :(

However its great fun when you girls find them :)

Au contraire, I have often described a mans body as my personal playground. You may all have the same parts; but erogenous zones and turn-ons are different from man to man.

Staying healthy is important, but if you cut back to once or twice a week at the gym I don't think it will affect your love life adversely. :05: Heck, you could probably gain 20 or 30 pounds and I would still want to fuck you. :flirt:

I don't care what they look like. I care that they entertain me.
Physically,mentally,emotionally and all of that!
I've been with fat guys, short guys, tall guys {7' 5"}lean buff guys.
None of it matters to me anymore,I like men (or women) who can keep me happy! be it making me laugh or keeping me going physically,sexually.....!
Just do something!
for me!

OB from what I can see you do look FINE,sooo FINE. The powerlifter I dated was just too many bulges, nothing soft anywhere on him to squeeze and I actually like at least a little softness. I am not a big girl, and while I love to feel small and safe and protected by a great big guy, I dont like to feel I am about to be crushed.
And cos he was still in competitions, his constant shaving, preening, sex deprivation, etc did become a bit of a drag.

CB, LOVE your av, babe!! Beautiful!

I like a lot of different shapes but go crazy for tall, lanky guys. However, more of the guys I have actually dated, while tall, were more stocky in build. That's fine too. I usually say I like a guy who is built like a basketball player, but a football player build is good too - just as long as he isn't built like a sumo wrestler! :biggrin1: Don't go for the bodybuilder type either - especially when they get all gross with the veins popping out when they pose. Ugh...

I've run into the couch potato thing before though too. I'm an active person (although I could stand to lose a few pounds), but many of my friends and guys I've dated were very sedentary. I'd get frustrated because they didn't want to do active things. Now, one thing is that I had a lot of friends who had chronic health problems that prevented them from being very active, and while that bummed me out, I had to accept that they just couldn't keep up because of their health problems. I now have some healthy friends and even play some recreational team sports, since moving to a new city where these things are more widely available.

Body shape is very important to me, as I'm tall and of the volumptous shaoe I like my men tall and solid. Broad shoulders are a must... soo hot! I'd rather the solid guy over the lean athletic look anyday... A bit of a belly is fine by me so long as he has nice broad shoulders that I can run my hands along... I adore those thick muscle arms. I don't care that much about the vien look, solidness is what matters! And if he has tatts all over his arms... phew! I'm a gonner!

For a guy to be in shape is important to ;me (more important than penis size). I'm sorry, but being soft and out of shape is a turn off to me. It is something you can do something about. I my be prejudiced towards this because my hubby is an avid bodybuilder, but that's the way I feel. A guy does not have to be in perfect shape, but he cannot be a "couch potato". My 2 cents.

what about girls. I want an opposing thread!
I look at a girls body before her face.

I could go out with a girl with a great body but not such a nice face. The opposite is not true.

(I guess I figure God stuck her with the face and she had no control over that but she could chose to work on the body or not to do so.)

I could never date a skinny guy - they could be stocky, muscular, or even a little fat (nothing morbidly obese), but when a boy can wear the same size pants as me, there is a problem. Height-wise, I'm pretty short, so it's never really mattered to me.

As for girls...I have a firm 'no fat chicks' policy. I know that sounds a little bit callous and boyish, but I'm just not turned on by big girls at all.

I started working out later in life although I always had a decent physique (I've been blessed with great genetics). Even though I've put on over 40 lbs of quality muscle during the last 15 years I still think of myself as a young skinny small guy... even when I look in the mirror. It's only when I see myself in pictures next to someone do I realize that I have a very thickly shaped body these days.

Because I still think of myself as smaller than I am I guess I also tend to project myself as such at times. People say how big I look and I just don't realize it. When I do "think big" I think I also project a more confident manner, however I want to avoid a "cocky" atitude by thinking I'm something more than I really am.

When I first started working out I wore tank tops to the gym but now that I've developed a much larger physique I tend to stay more covered up in the gym because I don't want people to think I'm just showing off. It's a no win situation at times.

I have always been a "big" boy. When I was young it was called chubby then husky then big boned then the niceaties dissipated and it was just being fat.

I slimmed up to a fairly healthy weight at least for my frame for my wedding and I decided after my honeymoon that I needed to get in shape for the long haul. Married in September of last year...got a membership to the YMCA in october and have been goign nearly 5 days a week ever since.

Here is the ultimae irony. My routine is mainly strength training and as such any fat loss I have experienced has been offset (weight wise at least) by muscle gains. So I have lost a whopping three lbs net.

Im not sure how this is related ...oh yeah.....i got married whiel weighing 265 lbs and standing at 5'11" so at least the one woman that mattered didnt care about body image too much.
