With me it depends on the fleshlight liner. I have two of them. The second one is a vortex and it is no where near as good as the ribbed one which was first. There are some tricks you can do with these to make them even better, but, it all depends on your own anatomy and the inside pattern or surface you choose. Some are better than others. My next one may be a speedbump.

All I can say on this one is to try and choose your liner carefully. I would have expected a vortex to be nuclear, but it was a disappointment compared to my original choice. The speed bump is supposed to be a stamina builder, but, when you get older you tend to be able to hold off longer.
