Just curious to get an idea of what everyone else does in the routine and how long their routine is.
my routine consists of- Monday through friday. Saturday and Sunday off
Stretching-5 mins- morning and night
Jelqing - usually 200- anywhere from 20 to 25 mins - morning and night
Pumping- 2 20 mins sessions - only night
More stretching-5 mins - morning and night
So my routine usually runs me about 30 minutes in the morning and then about 1 hour and 10 minutes at night.
