I normally masturbate and cum most days but occasionally miss a day or two. If I remember rightly, the longest I've lasted without masturbating or cumming was 3 weeks once. Strange thought it may seem it wasn't all that difficult because I wasn't really in the mood and I didn't see the point in doing it purely to 'drain down' without experiencing much in the way of inclination or desire.

One thing that does concern me is that you say you're playing with yourself but stopping short of ejaculation. You know I experienced a similar situation. I was Navy and I went about 6 months without JO. I finally had a window of opportunity and I was in a hurry to do it since I could get caught and it was taking effort. Hung you are correct the cum is not really coming from the balls so the size of you balls shouldn't change simply because you're not cumming. Your balls will increase somewhat during the arousal stage but should return to normal afterwards. The slight enlargement during arousal is probably due to the increase of blood throughout the pelvic region.

Semen does not come from the glans. The glans is the head of your dick or cock. I think maybe you meant to say glands. Most of your semen is made up of fluids made within your prostate, seminal vesicles, Cowper's glands and also to a lesser degree glands of Littre which line your urethra or piss tube. Sperm gets stored along your epididymis.
