How low do your balls hang??

No. This is the way they're supposed to be. There are scrotal implants that can make your testicle seem larger... doesn't sound appealing.

You will likely find that they do change in size quite frequently.

I hang about 5 inches. Right ball is about 1 inch lower than left. Always been that way. No problems as a result.
