i think this is all craziness. no guy, in his right mind, who can make a living with his cock is going to put it under a scalpel. every bit of medical science says that it is dangerous and more than likely will lead to more trouble than it could ever be worth.

use the reverse logic, if it was safe and did work, we would have all kinds of feaks out there.
