The Norhtern California coast is loaded with "clothing optional" beaches of which I am a frequent user when ever I can. Personally I hate wearing bathing suits on beaches. When I travel to Europe I also seek out nude or clothing optional beaches. For me it more confortable, more about being natural out in nature than it is about being erotic. I even prefer more secluded beaches where there is lots of room between people. The crowded ones seem to more about gawking (or have too many gawkers) who bother women or try to make a pass at you.
Being African American, some also think it's strange for me to be naked on a beach. I'm there to enjoy to sun and the wind like eveyone, not to get a tan.
When I'm on a crowded beach, yes people do check me out "to see if it's true". Some can even be obnoixious or even insulting (the drunken gawkers), hence why I prefer the more secluded and mature locations.
And yes, when it's really secluded, and no one is around, I do take advantage of the peacefullness and wank a few. Jerking off on a rock over looking the water or against the rocks with the sun on your chest and cock can be a mind-blowing religious experience. Just you and your hard cock out in the open.

If I'm lucky, I may even find a couple having sex on the beach taking advantage of the seclusion!

Nude beaches are great. Nudity (or the naked body), seems to be mostly an American hang-up.

Dan: I went nude on the beach for the first time late last year (it's Summer here South of the equator) and since then I've been several more times and loved it! Certainly enjoyed the looks I got from some of the women there, especially the little cuty walking her dog wearing nothing but a tiny black mesh thong with a devil motif on it.

Going to a nude beach got me wondering about something...just how rare are large penises? I'm pretty big but I know there are people on here who are far bigger, however on the nudist beach I didn't see even one other guy who approached me in size, the biggest were probably around 3 inches. Anyone know what sort of percentage of guys are at least 6 inches when soft?

One of my favorite claims I'd ever heard was someone saying that the Travel Channel was racist because it showed Africans naked. I pointed out three problems with that:

*These are filmed in Papua New Guinea. There's this huge thing called the Indian Ocean between Indonesia and Africa.
*They're not naked. The women are wearing skirts and the men are wearing penis sheaths.
*What's wrong with nudity? I mean, in a hot, humid climate, it only makes sense. No one with any background associates clothing with civilization; Eskimos and Mayans, anyone?

As mentioned in an earlier thread I visited Paradise Beach on the Greek Isle of Mykonos while I was in the military. I got a lot of stares. Can't say I have visited any nude beaches since though, not too many beaches in the South-Central US, much less nude ones.

Greece and especially Mykanos have been on my "Places I need to go to Before I Die" list for like, ever. I didn't know there were nude beaches there though. Groovy.

Greece is one of the most beautiful countries I have ever visited. I especially enjoyed the islands and of course I did some nude sun bathing there as well. I never was one for tan lines.

But like, seriously, when I travel to new places, I don't go with tour groups. I don't like to have things planned out, especially if it's not my plan.

Thanks for the NZ news, it was fun to watch and definately something for those of you who aren&#39;t sure or who just don&#39;t know.

I usually hang out in the nude in my room and I won&#39;t bother to get dressed until I need to go to the kitchen for my breakfast or something. My roomate has expressly requested that I not hang out in the kitchen naked...

Other than that, going somewhere to swim naked in the summer is not a problem here as just about every lake you can swim at has at least one decent-sized clothing optional portion.

I&#39;m in Germany, in the former east, near Leipzig. Back in the days of the socialist government, nudism was even more common. I guess they weren&#39;t all bad
