How did you learn some of the outlandish examples?

Seriously, I've done a lot of positions. One, especially good if she's pregnant or if your glutes are underdeveloped, is to make your femurs form an X with hers and be on your arms, using your arms and legs for force. This is best with a flat surface. I call it spider's web. The trick is to start when your penis is soft.

A similar one, the swinging monkey, requires a bar. One of you stands up (or sits on a table) while the other has his/her legs around the other person and holds onto a bar. It requires a lot of upper-body strength either way.

No, I don't, but if we're not careful, that's how she becomes pregnant.

The femur is the upper leg bone. In this case, if you were looking at an X-ray of the couple the couple, they'd form an X.
