Depends whether I'm taking on a reasonable amount of water or not. If I am hydrating properly, at least 7 - and it is always light coloured. If I am not 4 or 5 and it is darker.

The former is healthier - I try to stick with that.

Why do you ask? Just curious?

Is a female answer even any use to you? - I used to think men peed less than women, over the years I came to realise that men were just generally less likely to announce their reason for exiting a room, regardless of whether they were going to drain the snake or find a box of matches. :dunno:

Maybe most of us should be drinking more water ? Only 2 or 3 times a day indicates that we's a bit dry.

About four times a day. More if I'm drinking beer. Those that only pee twice a day are either chronically dehydrated or they pee a liter or more each time! Statistically, a typical pee is 500 mL or less.

I'm diabetic... regularly/often both day and night. I may wake up two or three times during the night.
