I've gained loads of fat in the past 18 months due to the lifestyle i've had and i've only just started to shed it off. One thing i'm looking forward to is gaining back ~an inch of my penis from the fat around bottom, and i can finally be average size again.

After the weight gain, I've also noticed it being more difficult to get fully hard erections; the head of my penis is smaller and the colour of it is pinkish and not reddish-purple as it should be. The veins in my shaft don't show much either.

Anybody else been affected by weight loss & gain?

I used to weigh 78 kg and very fit (well visible abs with veins running on them) and my erect length was 17.8 cm , now I weigh 90 kg and my fat percentage is clearly higher than before and my erect length is 16.8 cm so I lost 1 cm with a 12 kg fat gain... my bone pressed is 19 cm and I dont know what it was when I was fit..I didnt use to measure it before..

Drop 30lbs and gain an inch and you will also increase your sex drive.

i'm actually 30kg heavier...i know, it's ridiculous, but that's why i'm going to the gym and boycotting junk food.

but yeah, back when i was lean, everyday i used to jack off until precum just splurted out and then stopped and repeated, didn't orgasm that much because i had to save it for other activities

I'm trying to do the same thing... no junk food, less sugar, eating healthy fruits and veggies. I had no idea it would effect visual length, but it makes sense. I'll post some pics when I get down to my goal weight to see how much of the fat pad I lose.

I'm in the same boat. Been sporting some extra weight a few years. I'm pretty average (maybe below) currently. If I bone press, I gain nearly 1.5 inches. If that isn't motivation I don't know what is.

I'll be posting pictures shortly also!

I used to weight about 198 in 2006, after a series of exercises, lifestyle changes, I'm down to 137.

I've gained probably about 1/2 - a full inch by losing the fat around the pelvic area.

    going through the same.
though i'm not fat i have gained some weight while losing some muscular mass. my weight hasn't increased much, but i can tell some of the muscles have turned into fat, and muscles weight more than fat... so you could even be the same weight and look not as fit.
like you said, i lost about an inch in lenght and erections are not as good as they used to. still all working but i can tell the difference.
really it's time to eat better and run it off! i suppose the erection part of it is linked with a healthier circulation, which can be due to both better diet or better cardio fitness.
trying to get into a regular routine, will monitor the changes!

It's probably hard to get a concrete formula. Fat loss is just never that even. I wonder where these numbers come from?

But, hell, if it's the incentive you need -- and it definitely will help -- go for it.
