I am talking height of a male.

I am 5ft 7, bald, 27, average salary (teacher), bearded, fairy muscular.

No luck with women because I always look back at my flaws that hold me back. My height never bothered me until recently. I obviously noticed there were people taller than me. However through various dating apps and videos online I see alot of minimum height requirements. Most being 5 ft 10 and up. And this has made me question if that is why my luck with attracting women has been poor.

Some things im self conscious about
1. teeth- straightness and colour
2. height- but not as much another things
3. body hair- id prefer if i was a tad bit less hairy.

Also any advice on things I can do to make myself more attractive will be greatly appreciated.

Agree with your Enid on all three accounts. But the guy's height isn't really a problem for me ;)

Sidenote - why two identical threads? Couldn't you have the other thread deleted?

That must have been a glitch. I didn't even know I made 2 threads.

My advice: make yourself attractive to *yourself*.

If you think you look good, and you take the time to be as attractive as you want to be, someone will notice and like it.

My idea of what's "attractive" might be completely different from a woman you may be interested in. So, just be yourself and practice good hygiene. Sincerity is sexy as fuck.

ETA: I don't have height requirements. I have attitude requirements.

Thanks for responses everyone. Has anyone tried a home whitening kit? Do they actually work?

They do, but they're uncomfortable and tend to taste like shit.

TinyPrincess is right though, having a dentist do it is the better option.

I think I'd go with professional whitening, but in meantime use a little baking soda with your toothpaste. Also hydrogen peroxide/water rinse. But be careful, you don't wanna mess up your enamel.

Suggest you use the search function. I think we've answered this a dozen times, at least.

Physically, you sound pretty similar to my current beau. He's 5'8", bald-ish, bearded, ok salary, not so great teeth, more than his share of body hair. I'm 5'9", am easy on the eyes, have my shit together, am sex-positive (meaning I enjoy sex and think it's a vital part of a relationship, but am by no means a trollop), am well respected in my industry and my community. By all regards, I'm a real catch. Not tooting my own horn, but toot fucking toot! And I'm dating him. You know what's different about the two of you? He has confidence. He knows his worth. He's an amazingly giving and caring person. Will give a stranger the shirt of his back and fight to the death for those he cares for. He's smart (although not educated in the traditional sense) and funny as all get out. I knew him as a person and knew his loyalty runs DEEEEEEP, but didn't ever think of him as a potential partner b/c I thought he may be interested in my girl friend (my loyalty runs deep, too). One night he told me how he felt about me. He was brave. He was respectful. He was successful... not because of anything on the outside, but who he is on the inside.

I'm guessing that as a teacher, you also have a good heart and some smarts in your head. Own it.

Same answer I give every time this is asked.

1. I don't care at all about height
2. I care most about the individual over major physical characteristics

Edit to add

3. Hygiene is important, including dental.
Ditto.

Got to look at dating apps like a grocery list. Why not ask for everything you think you want? But is it what a person really needs? You’re so much better off meeting people doing stuff you like. Take up salsa dancing, or go to wine tasting classes, or join Habitat for Humanity. People on dating apps can be quite shallow. Those same people meeting you in real life could like you a great deal.

I don't care about height much. I'm only 5'2" so I just want him bigger than me but that's also because I've never really met a guy that was shorter. If I did meet a smaller guy amd he was just amazing, I don't think it would be an issue. It's not like I'm getting picked up or anything.
