175 trying to gain some more mass
Worst was 260, best was 180(textbook ideal) and I'm sitting at 225 give or take. I've stopped being concerned with the actual number as I am with the quality of the nutrient I put in my body. The rest will fall in line.
Still battling that lazy monster called procrastination to start my running back after I broke my toe. Its healed, but I'm still stuck lol.

200 even... Used to be about 7% bf, now more like 9% :/
approximately 160. trying to put on some muscle mass, since i used to be more bulky. but i'm biking everywhere now so it's keeping me pretty fit.
I am a little too short for my weight.:biggrin1:
