This is pretty complex question, because I think most people have many dimensions to their ego. Personally, I would be lying if I said that the size of my penis has nothing to do with my ego. It does. There could be any number of reasons for that, from societal pressures and expectations to my experiences growing up.

As for how much of my ego is attributable to the size of my cock, I would say a relatively small fraction, and it becomes less and less important as I get older and have an increasingly more mature outlook on life. It's still great to be told that my cock is big and how good it feels, but it's not an essential part of my sex life.
