I don't know how the cut/uncut aspect really comes into play. Snipping a little skin shouldn't affect secretions from the Cowper's gland. I think some people are just predisposed to be leakers and other people aren't.

I am cut and also leak a very large amount of precum. Basically if I am any where from semi to fully erect I will start dripping pretty heavily. I agree with Prepstud who thinks that precum doesn't really correlate to how much you've cum or if you have. I know that many think that being uncut causes much more leakage though.

My point was that a small amount of skin isn't going to affect the amount one leaks. Some people are just predisposed to be wet and other aren't. I'm sure that the amount of stimulation helps, but I can tell you, that my head is very, very sensitive and I'm cut. I don't knw if that's why I am a leaker or if that's why I leak a lot. It may have something to do with excessive leaking, but I'm sure I would leak regardless.
A couple of my friends and I have talked about this subject before. We are all cut but not all leak. One of them says he leaks like a faucet and it starts as soon as he gets hard. I always leak, but the amount will vary with stimulation. If I'm really worked up, I leak like a faucet, sometimes I start leaking while still semi, and yet at other times I may only leak a moderate amount.

Isn't the whole point of precum to prepare and clean the urethra for the passage of sperm? I always thought that precum was designed to clean the urethra and get it to the proper ph for the ejaculate to travel through, so that it isn't damaged by the urethra being too acidic or too basic and kill the sperm. If that is indeed the case, foreskin wouldn't have anything to do with it.

That has been my experience, too. I am cut and very seldom make precum. If I do, it's only a drop or two.

HungJordan: I did a little research: precum is secreted by the cowpers gland. You could have a tiny to humongous cock but the size would not determine the amount of precum. Nor does being cut vs uncut. Beyond that, I think the activity of lack of activity of the cowpers gland making pre is determined by diet, genetics and lifestyle.
