OK i HAVE to disagree here on one point. (although i dont think Prep meant it to sound this way...)
i dont know a thing about the actual question persay...
but i DO know--
its more than a *little skin*.
furthermore, in most cases its stealing.

My point was that a small amount of skin isn't going to affect the amount one leaks. Some people are just predisposed to be wet and other aren't. I'm sure that the amount of stimulation helps, but I can tell you, that my head is very, very sensitive and I'm cut. I don't knw if that's why I am a leaker or if that's why I leak a lot. It may have something to do with excessive leaking, but I'm sure I would leak regardless.
A couple of my friends and I have talked about this subject before. We are all cut but not all leak. One of them says he leaks like a faucet and it starts as soon as he gets hard. I always leak, but the amount will vary with stimulation. If I'm really worked up, I leak like a faucet, sometimes I start leaking while still semi, and yet at other times I may only leak a moderate amount.
I've talked with another friend who doesn't leak at all.
I would think that it all just depends on the person's genetic makeup.
Isn't the whole point of precum to prepare and clean the urethra for the passage of sperm? I always thought that precum was designed to clean the urethra and get it to the proper ph for the ejaculate to travel through, so that it isn't damaged by the urethra being too acidic or too basic and kill the sperm. If that is indeed the case, foreskin wouldn't have anything to do with it.
