6 - 8 weekdays 8 at weekends, though I won't get that tonight as I have to be up early (for me). Nor tomorrow as I'll be on an 11hr overnight flight and don't always sleep well.

On the plus side, maybe a lack of sleep tonight will help...

Weekdays between 7 and 8. ..and I still yawn at work.
About 10 hours on the weekend, sometimes with an extra 2 hour nap.

I usually get seven hours of sleep a night. That's whenever I'm in a regular sleeping pattern. Other times (like now), it varies greatly and I wake up and go to sleep at different times during the day, so I can't really say how much sleep I get then. It probably adds up to a lot more than the usual seven hours though.

I need at least 6 to function somewhat coherently, I usually get around 7-8 when working/studying. When I have no routine I generally sleep when I need to and for however long I need to. This can range between 4 to 11 hours in one night, though I'm a big fan of siestas.

(I actually wrote this after waking up from a 3 hour evening nap.)

Ugh, make that 3 to 11 hours, last night sucked. Fucking onset of Winter.

11 hours on weekdays and 11 hours on weekends

this is what laziness does to you when you are at residence

5-7 hours is enough for me. This last month I have had a lot of "sleepovers" and have been getting by on 2-4 hours. I need a break!

I sleep abput 6-7 hours a night. My brother told me to sleep more after lifting. Muscle repair and growth happens while you sleep. But with work it is impossible to sleep as much as I'd like.

Sometimes I think it'd be nice to snooze, to lie in bed in the morning, all cosy and drift between sleep and waking for hours, but I can't I've tried it and I just toss and turn and have to get up.

I get about 7 on a good night. Like Drifterwood it's getting less as I get older but how anyone can function on 4 hours of sleep is beyond me.
