Depends on how I finish. If I stop moving, 20+ minutes. If I keep trusting throughout my orgasm I can go again after a couple mins. Back in my twenties I didn't have to stop between the first and second orgasm.

It depends. If I'm just jerking off, its about 10-15 before I can get hard again. If its after sex, I stay mostly hard afterwards, but its a good 20 minutes before I can get fully hard again after cumming.
