Are you really asking about how much time between ejaculation and jelqing? You can edge without cumming all you want the day you plan to jelq, but from my own experience getting to 8 inches through jelqing alone, do not cum during the day before you do your routine, and wait 2 hours after done before cumming. This will encourage plenty of blood flow into your cock to support your efforts.

What I've done is setup my PE sessions at night before I go to sleep. So once I'm done jelqing I take a shower and go straight to bed. I've seen better gains that way.
