You looked good before, but you definately have toned up and have a lot more definition overall now---your shoulders especially stand out from my observation, as well as oyur chest! Congrats on your hard work paying off so well!

Keep up the good work. Careful doing cross-fit though. I'm friends with more than a few personal trainers and none of them suggest cross-fit for extended periods of time.

Like any exercise, Crossfit needs to be done in moderation. I've been doing it for about five years now, and have never injured myself. BUT … I use common sense, and can easily imagine that anyone who tries to follow Crossfit to the letter could get hurt. Some of the daily workouts are insane; in those cases, I either reduce the weight that's called for or (in extreme cases) split the workout up over several days.
