it varies...for many years 2-3 times a day...even when in a relationship...these days it varies widely...usually 4-5 times a week but sometimes I get a 3-4 times a day run going when I am particularly inspired. My roomie and I are very open and freely masturbate and lounge naked in the house. It varies with me. I'd say nominally once a day which I guess is fairly normal for a middle aged bachelor boy. However on rare occasions I'll need to do it more than once a day and equally there'll be times when I don't do it at all for a few days or even a week.
