How often do you pump?

Once a day and daily would be the ideal frequency goal for most people… capping our routines at 2.5 hours would be the best combination of “time in the tube” and preventing inflammation.

2 hours is probably the best length of a session for maximizing expansion and reducing inflammation… tacking on a 15 minute warm up to this is probably ideal which would still fall under the 2.5 hour time limit.

I use -5inHg.

I do about 30-40 minutes in the first tube until it’s packed. I take a break for 2-10 minutes and then get in the next tube which is .25” larger in diameter. I’ll then do 15-20 minutes and take another break for a few minutes… then another 10-30 minutes which probably has another short break somewhere in the middle.

My warm up is somewhere in the range of 5-15 minutes… total time is 2 hours but there are all sorts of breaks and a warm up included in that time. It’s by no means 2 hours straight. I’ll typically start out in a 2.25” tube and then a 2.5” thickwall tube to finish off with.

I don’t subscribe to the theory of high pressures and short intervals equating to “permanent gains”… it’s a crock of shit. Low and slow is the only way to actually enlarge the tunica, sinusoid cavities and smooth muscle cells… we also have to give the skin time to increase its surface area too. High pressure and short intervals is bro-science nonsense preached by Reddit charlatans who hoodwink people into joining their cult with promises of investing very little time to receive permanent gains.

There is no such thing as permanent gains.. there is only a ball that you have to keep rolling.

Thanks. That's very detailed. I am going to go with low pressure then. Anything above 5 hg gives me donut effect.

Did you ever plateau or did you keep growing?

I am trying to counter balance my shape. I’m 5.75” midshaft and I want to get to 6” which I can for the rest of the day when pumping, but my base is 6.5 normal and gets to 6.75” when pumped. I don’t want my base to grow anymore, but I want to get to at least 6” midshaft.

I have not tried that prolonged low pressure. I have a LeLuv electric with a 2.3” tube. I usually do the cycle 3 with 7inHg for 2 minutes on and then release and repeat for about 12 minutes, then take a break, and usually do that again.

In my 24 years as a vacuum pumper… I have experimented with various methods and routines. What I have gleaned from this is the tunica and fascia need to be stretched… and this stretching should be steady but light. Interval pumping isn’t “ineffective” but it’s just not optimal for stretching stubborn tissue like fascia and the tunica.

We need to also stretch the sinusoidal caverns and the smooth muscle cells located within… and also stretch the skin so it increases its surface area.

ALL of this requires: light, steady and prolonged pressure. Heavy pressure stresses the erectile tissue to the point of creating inflammation and even some micro trauma. Inflammation is the gains killer… let me repeat that… inflammation is the gains killer.

Yes I have had plateaus and breakthroughs. Which is normal and is usually how this sort of growth of tissue (that wasn’t really meant to grow beyond its genetic capacity in the first place) plays out.

As far as shaping the penis… there are sleeves you can wear but largely we are at the mercy of our genetics. The base really is complicated due to the various scrotal insertions, fat pads and other factors such as cylinder shape, sleeves (the gasket near the opening of the tube variety) etc. There isn’t a lot we can do here as far as “shaping” goes.

You don’t think tube size can play a part in it? For example, if your base is pressed up against the sides and can’t expand, but the upper part still does have room for expansion, do you think this is a viable option?

Yes it certainly is but even areas that are totally packed will still expand since the hoop stress can be greater in those areas. Your base will still grow but hopefully things can even out over time.

Having a thicker base is natural and better for penetration anyway.
