I think 3 times a week is a good number. I'd rather once a month, but thats selfish lol. I don't have much of a sex drive anymore.

It varies depending on work/stress etc.
when i was younger i would probably wank 8-10 times a week. Now i have sex about 4 times a week and wank maybe once or twice a week
