I've been pumping on and off for years, but I think I'd like to try doing it with some regularity. Given my schedule and home life it is impossible to pump daily, but I was wondering what would be a reasonable number of sessions per week to still expect some kind of progress? Generally I'll pump for about 1-2 hours fluctuating between 3-5hg (usually closer to 5). In that time I can usually get a girth of aroun 6.5, but on rare occasions I've gotten upwards of 7" girth (I don't have any lenght expectations). I'd love to be able to get into enough of a habit that getting up to 6.5 doesn't take too long, and then I can focus on regularly breaking the 7" girth barrier and beyond. Wet pumping doesn't give me any additional benefits (I even tried the sugar trick, but no dice). I do all the right things before pumping; heat, stretching, hydration, no caffeine, etc.. Any advice from the masters of the trade would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Your pumping gains will depend on a number of factors, none more notable than your schedule. Of course, pumping as often as possible is ideal but if you can get in at least 3 good sessions a week, you should be able to maintain status quo. If gaining size is an issue, you will need to either increase frequency of sessions or increase pressure, with the former being more safer than the latter. That's not to say increasing pressure is bad, but it takes time for your cock to get accustomed to it. You say you've been pumping fr years so an increase may not be that big of a deal for you - as long as you take is slowly.
