Thnx Windtalker. It'd be interesting
to investigate and (maybe speculate)
on why our names become
popular (or unpopular) at
different points in time. Maybe
i'll look it up.

You learn something new...
like that my name didn't even register until the fifties but is steadily making its way to the top 100, go me! My parents so had their fingers on the pulse.
And apparently I'm a "Little Raven"....:biggrin1:

#14 in 1900, now at #243.

I was named for my grandfather; can't say I'd ever want to give a son my name.

I especially like "Andrew" and "Ethan" for names, so if you ever get run over by a bus, I'll raise those younguns' for you. BTW, I also like Kevin and Matthew, if anyone has kids with those names that need adopting at some point...

My name topped out at 15th in the 60's.

I'd prefer to have a less common name-- I work around 6 guys with the same name-- it's kinda strange seeing as when I was growing up I didn't meet another one until I was in Junior High and then another in High School-- so in a school of 400+ there were only 3 of us.
