I'm Cherokee/English/Scottish. My three brothers and I are all over 8" and my Dad is knocking on 10. In the Native American and African American races, a long, thick dick is normal.

In Europe, men wear speedos because they know it is technique most women require. Half the women I've been with did not like me to thrust fully and made it impossible for me to get off. The other half needed a man like me for them to get off vaginally.

There are plenty of men out there with big dicks, but they are not found on college campuses participating in research studies, written by grad students from Yoga Vagina Land.

Sounds good, I'll buy what you said. Most women I've gotten with say I'm the biggest guy they've had and I'm "only" 8 in. Also to mention it again, sometimes people think I'm bigger because they're so used to guys who lie or don't measure right. I think Zora is right. Oh and also I don't look at too many photos here but I saw a few where guys said they're like 10 in. and they look smaller than me so I know they're not really 10 in.

Honestly average sized guys seem kind of large to me but perhaps that's just because I've never seen a 7+ inch man outside of porn. I mean, I know 7+ inch guys exist obviously - this site is proof of that - but there's a certain amount of unreality to the situation from my personal experience.

I meet girls with bigger boobs than me all the time. I meet girls who are prettier than me, have better jobs, went further in their education- Jesus, there HAS to be room for me to be okay too, even though I'm not the very best in every category at all times.

I wish you guys just weren't so darned competitive, you just kill yourselves with that shit! Are you really saying you can only have fun if your dick is the biggest? I'd find that very limiting. I have an "average size" figure, a bit on the heavy side if anything. I don't think of myself as less than, just because I'm not a "10". Surely women who don't look like Angelina Jolie are still acceptable. Same with guys, you shouldn't be holding yourself to impossible standards, and finding yourself lacking.

If you're saying that others are turning you down based on your size, then perhaps it's time to review your friends. What I've found a lot is that I project my fears a lot more than I think I do. When I feel like I look ugly, don't you know people feel fine and justified to come up and comment on my scars or fat. When I feel better, they never say shit. On the rare occasion that someone calls me fat when I'm dressed up and feeling good, I have no problem telling them what an ass they are for saying so.

Well, since joining this site I now consider myself the upper portion of average, and am completely satisfied with my size. Hanging with the big boys tells me I'm a small yet significant distance below the cut-off point for the 'elite', I don't find any shame in that and it makes me feel a damn sight better than before.

Unfortunately a large majority of my own sexual experiences were before I took the time to enlighten myself, and hence we were both as clueless as each other at the time.

But, from my own personal experiences, I am average in girth, and towards the lower end in length.
A straight, 18 year old males experiences with erect penii is hardly a legitimate stratified sample, but the affect it's had on my self-esteem whilst growing up is probably irreversible. :redface:

I was MOSTLY joking about it, but that has been my experience.:smile: Honestly, and this is the God's honest truth, the ONLY reason I have ever wanted a bid dick, was so that, when life got shitty, I would always have something tangible to see that was mine, that society valued, that couldn;t be taken away from me. And whilst some do like length :wink: , girth is at least as an important component - so why are guys so hung up on the one measurement?

Volume makes for big, long makes for long.

Someone did a volume chart a while back, it was interesting to me at least that 8x6 was twice as much cock as 6x5.

My girlfriend has seen more than a dozen erect dicks, and while she's seen one that was longer than me (7.25" non bone-pressed), she has yet to see one that's been thicker than me. And considering that I'm 6.75" non bone-pressed, and a bit over 7" when bone-pressed (which I count because the extra half inch or so is not difficult to access and is used for sex in many positions), it puts me at second place in length within a sample of over 20 guys. And I'm number one in girth at 5.8" around.

Considering the notion that the above statistics become average on a site encompassing numerous people with 7+ length and 5.5+ girth, I see myself as being one standard deviation below the "elite" as No_Strings so eloquently put it. And that's fine, because I like things like anal and not torturing people too much .

The academic/scientific staff measured studies actually have averages even lower than the lifestyle study... and generally hover much closer to 5 inches than 6... so you can imagine the REAL proportion of 8.5 inchers is pretty low.

I agree with this. Kinsey was a self-measured study, but you also have to remember that it was "back in the day" during a time when bragging about size was not the sport it is now. I'd say a half inch overestimation is still fair to assume. None of the other staff-measured studies have had near the sample size, some under 100! The Lifestyles "study" was a joke.

We agree implicitly on our conclusions, nonetheless.
