[FONT="]I'm not the best at describing stuff but: Recently I have been self conscious of my but's shape and size compared to others. How can I compare a bum, tense or relaxed? And what does a healthy bum measure to or feel like? Should it be the same size from top to lower half of the cheek Or the lower half be smaller than the upper part so when you put your hand on the sides of your cheeks it makes a V shape or just parallel lines?. Where is the right length to measure from... Hip bone and out for example or across? Should it be soft for 1cm into the skin then hard (when tensed) or should it be all rock hard? Should a Hand be able to cup one cheekĀ more? or less? Anyway how can I judge to confirm if my concern is rational? This would motivate me more to do more exercise if I did have a portly ass. I do exercise about 3 times a week for or 6hrs in total. I am 186cm Tall and 75kg with no abs showing if that helps... I would say that "bums" should look pretty much like what they are. :booty: Not sure that you're being entirely rational about trying to measure or shape yours in any particular way. They're all different, and you can't do much about sculpting one to any particular idea or ideal. Butt you can tighten and firm yours. I'd suggest that you continue doing regular exercises, including those that work the bum-muscles: squats, leg-lifts, a few miles a day running and walking--those and other bum-specific ones should help..... I love nice shaped bums. Don't really care how musclular they are, but they shouldn't hang too much..
I haven't really met a guy's bum I didn't like -- they are mostly all beautiful. But if you are self-conscious, just do bum exercises like karldergrosse suggests. I like a little plump bum. I also think its hot when there's a tanline, but I've mostly just seen it in porn.
I don't have a bum, I have more of a "hinge" lol I'm working on exercises too, but in the meantime I have some "enhancing" men's underwear on order.
The key is "variety" - no particular shape is considered the end all be all. What you have is what someone wants.
water dragon - are you doing squats? and doing them to the point that your thighs are horizontal to the ground before you go back up? if not, then try that and even try one legged squats. after seeing some other guys that have that 'divet' in the side of their ass cheeks, i wish i had that, but i don't. oh well. good luck.

For instance, I like this guy/girl's ass and wish mine was like that, butt, mine is hairy (I don't like it when it's so visible, I wanna get waxed), and I have like... I would have posted a pic earlier but I like a variety of types. I suppose the hottest types are when a guy has a slim waist but a plump butt. Thats the type I would want -- but I also like little butts too, so I'm not too picky as long as the guy is good looking.
I asked my girlfriend what attracted her to me and she said it was my ass. She said it was (and is) firm and tight. To get a nice but, do squats with or without weight. Your own bosy weight will do the trick. But if you want a nice booty, then use weights
