For those asking, it'll be three people - one person in one room, and two in the other. I think that I'm in the room with a roommate.

Thanks to everyone else for the advice!

If the place is not air conditioned and it is hot, you can get away with shirtless or even boxers on warm days. I wouldn't go with less than that, though, especially if any of your roommates seem to be the squeemish type. Unless you _want_ the attention, of course. You'll figure out what is and is not appropriate within the first week or so.

Hopefully you don't get a roommate like me, he is so annoying and follows me everywhere even to the showers.

Even asking can make it an issue. I suggest you watch what they do, keep an eye on their body language, and push the boundaries so gently it won't even seem as if you're pushing them, backing off and biding your time if they indicate the slightest bit of resistance/reluctance. Your example may encourage them, over time.

Do it. Naked is not bad or wrong. Get them used to it. I bet they will join you in time.

So, I'm starting my first year of college next week, and I was wondering how I should handle some issues with my roommate(s). I'm going to be living in a suite (common room, two bedrooms, bathroom), so there won't be any using a communal shower. But I was wondering if I should hang out naked around my roommates (since this is what I do at home), how I should change, what to do if I bring a girl back, and, most of all, how to know when to jack off without offending/startling my roommates? Any advice or personal solutions you have to offer would be a big help! Thanks!

It's been 2 years, I'll bet he knows by now

Which btw, if the OP is still active, maybe he can let us know how it turned out

I understand your questions. I was wondering about when you said you are usually nude at home..If you are just starting your Freshman year, was being nude at home at your parents ? I ask because you are young and it seems like that's where you would be living. On your question, common sense. Feel out you roomate. Some guys your age are sometimes very sexual akward or very open to things. You will find out what's right after living together for a while..
