If you like the way you are why change it, I enjoy working out and I don't punish myself with strict diets since I also have a good metabolism. You look kinda young though so don't worry about it, I started working out until I was about 20.

I need to start eating a lot/hitting the gym...

You are very young and as time goes on you will fill out and your weight will go up. Eat healthy things and develop a really good program of activities to keep yourself fit.

When I graduated from H.S. I may have had a far greater than average fur quotient, but my weight was about 130 pounds. I have kept very active and I now weigh about 195 and fight to stay under 200. There are a number of products that will help you gain weight, but to make certain it is healthy weight is a great deal more difficult. If you remain thinner the truth is that you are going to have far greater odds of remaining healthier far longer as you age. Your chances for things like diabetes, cholesterol problems, sleep apnea, and certain kinds of cancer are statistically reduced. The other thing is that if you generally heat very healthy you are going to be able to go out with friends and on occasion eat things that are "death torpedos" for the rest of us with no ill effects.

Building muscle mass right now will be difficult because thinner people tend to be "hard gainers". Remember the words are more difficult, and not impossible. In the beginning should you decide to pursue putting on some size you really will need a good trainer because as a hard gainer your chances for injury are increased. The building of mass requires lifting heavy and this is one area that those who are thin (as I once was) have a more difficult time. When I hit my early 30's both weights and diet started to make massive changes in me. I went from 130 to 155 in the first six months of trying and on up from there. Eat very healthy, remain active and study the exercises for hard gainers very thoroughly. Save up some money and spending some on a PT for the first two months will save you a great deal of grief. Learn proper breathing and proper form. I can go into a great deal of detail on this. My kid is a natural mesomorph (muscular) and he is very heavily into bodybuilding. He is 5'5" tall and his current weight is about 180. His biceps at the bottom of a cutting diet right now are in the 17" area and though my own knowledge of this is extensive, I put him with a PT for the beginning so that he would not injure himself. He is now by the way 24 years old. Study thoroughly, learn carefully, avoid injuries if this is the way you really want to go. . . . .

You look great. Start doing some light weight work and you'll see those muscles really pop. You've got that natural V (adonis built) already showing. For naturally slender people getting in awesome shape is really easy.

You have a body shape, and good bone structure for an athletic shape. You are slender or slim, skinny, no. Eat the right food, taking care of yourself and staying healthy, your body will fill out soon enough

When I was built like you I was climbing two to three grades harder than I can now. If I was 20 lbs less, back to where you are, more of my cock would be visible/useable, falls (ski/climb/bike) wouldn't hurt as much, and I wouldn't have to stop myself when that second helping of pudding looks SO DAMN INVITING!

The only reason to work on changing yourself is if you're personally unhappy, not to please others. We all look for some kind of approval or affirmation, and I think you've got that here. Count up the positive responses vs. the negative and then accept the fact that you're attractive to many, and by bulking up you may just lose the interest of those who prefer skinnier guys. Unless, of course, you think that we're all liars trying to be kind. Speaking for myself, I'm not. :)

Cheers!

Don't sweat it... you what every wants to be at. If your thin and thrown those great genes... then stick with it. It is sociably desired norm now.
Plus you look hot. If anyone tells you otherwise they are jealous or just tryng to peg you down.
